Mission Statement

MISSION STATEMENT Stitching and Stirring pledges to provide quality, creative machine pieced and hand quilted traditional and crazy quilts and hand quilting services. Stitching and Stirring is dedicated to the preservation of quilts and the art of quilting with special emphasis on quilts that represent the African American culture and history.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Provide high quality hand quilting at reasonable prices for the quilting community Attain public recognition for Africa American quilting and its history and for quilts as an art form Provide for the advancement of the state of the art through continuing education for the public, public education activities and professional and artisan development programs
